BIOGRAPHY OF PASTOR RASPER INNOCENT KOFI ATUTORNU.
Pastor Rasper born on September 18th, 1964 at Hornuta in the Volta Region to Elder Siegward Atutornu and Dns Esther Atutornu, is the current Senior Minister of PICC since its establishment in 2018.
Pastor Rasper had his name (Rasper) revealed before his birth by his maternal uncle who prophesied his birth and what the Lord would use him to accomplish in a foreign land.
Pastor Rasper obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics with a minor in Arabic which enabled him to spend a full year in Cairo Egypt from the University of Ghana and a Masters from The University of Antwerp, Belgium in Governance and Development.
Pastor Rasper worked with the Ministry of Finance as a Budget
Analyst at the Yilo Krobo District headquarters at Somanya while serving also as the presiding Elder for Avakpo Assembly in the Akuse District.
Pastor Rasper is at present practicing as a Registered Practical
Nurse currently working with the City of Toronto after acquiring
his Nursing Diploma from Humber College.
Pastor Rasper is currently about to finish his Masters in Theology from the All Nations Bible College.
Pastor Rasper is gifted with making the Scriptures easy to
understand and the powerful gifts of healing.
He also is gifted with a deliverance ministry with his wife Dns
Peace.
Several testimonies exist including the notable confessions of
marine agents (Grace and Nanye), walking of the lame, etc.
Pastor Rasper is married to Dns Peace Atutornu. They are blessed with three sons (two biological and one adopted)
